A retired Airforce man in SparkLight Estate has been accused of using his connections to intimidate civilians with Police, The man who claimed to be constructing a water pipe for his business within the Estate, reportedly to be doing it without feel of remorse for the affected people living in the Estate nor follow due process, but rather result to exercising clout to suppress anyone who dares to stop him in the Estate . Some of the residents who are victims are denied access to their own building just as seeing in the video below.
